None of the current photovoltaic support structures can completely solve the problems of stability and continuity of solar power generation. In this regard, this paper proposes a new panel foldable tracking photovoltaic bracket. Aiming at the special strong wind weather in Hainan Province, a grid-connected photovoltaic power plant model was established.
Considering the local meteorological environment in Hainan, the load acting on the photovoltaic support is analyzed, and the static analysis of the photovoltaic support is carried out using the finite element method.
In order to grasp the dynamic characteristics of the photovoltaic support structure, a modal analysis was performed to calculate the first 6 order modes of the photovoltaic support.
The results show that the bracket has the functions of intelligent tracking and active wind protection, which solves the problems of small rigidity and poor wind resistance of the traditional pole-following photovoltaic panel bracket.
The height and azimuth of the track, while ensuring the accuracy of the tracking system, also has high stability; under the action of horizontal wind and vertical wind, the adaptive photovoltaic bracket can meet the strength requirements at 12 wind speeds; the first-order frequency 9.84 Hz, which is much greater than the actual wind frequency, does not easily cause damage caused by wind-induced resonance, and has good stability.
