Swedish Solar Investment Continues To Grow

The Swedish Solar Energy Association's analysis of the latest data from the Energy Agency shows that solar investment in Sweden continues to grow. By the end of 2023, the country will have 376 watts of installed solar capacity per capita, a significant increase from 14 watts in 2016. Boriholm on Öland has the highest installed solar capacity per capita at 1,635 watts, an increase of 692 watts from last year. Järviälle in the Northern Region has the lowest installed capacity per capita at 17 watts. The use of solar energy varies significantly across Sweden.
