Chad Government Plans A New 35MW PV Plant

On May 29, Chad's government Facebook posted a message saying that on May 9, Chad's President Mohamed signed a decree announcing the granting of 100 hectares of dedicated land to the Ministry of Energy for the construction of a photovoltaic power plant with a generating capacity of 35MW.
