The conversion efficiency of diamond heterojunction cells exceeds 24.5%!

On the evening of April 9, 2022, exciting good news came from the diamond glass heterojunction cell project team-with the joint efforts of the diamond cell technical team and the Maiwei diamond project technical team, the diamond heterojunction cell production line Microcrystalline's first show conversion efficiency exceeded 24.5%.
It has been three weeks since the full line of Diamond Glass 210 heterojunction cells was connected on March 12, 2022. During this period, King Kong and Maiwei cooperated tacitly with the technical teams of the two companies, optimized and stabilized the basic production conditions of the microcrystalline production line and achieved a conversion efficiency of 24.28% in the first phase; then overcame many difficulties to develop 210 heterojunction cells. Microcrystalline process debugging of production line CVD equipment; recently, the first round of microcrystalline process parameter optimization has been achieved. On the evening of April 9, the production line finally successfully realized that under the conditions of multiple sets of optimized parameters, the maximum conversion efficiency of the battery exceeded 24.5%, and the average value was close to 24.3%. This excellent result is not only the result of the joint efforts of the technical teams of both parties, but also fully reflects the huge potential of Maiwei's first mass-produced microcrystalline production line in improving the conversion efficiency.

Next, the technical teams of both parties will quickly start the second round of production parameter optimization and challenge higher goals. With the gradual stabilization of battery production line parameters and the gradual improvement of various indicators such as yield, the diamond glass heterojunction battery production line has begun various preparations before the official mass production.
