Recently, the EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) plant of Zhongke Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. produced a new product of solar photovoltaic materials for the first time, which will effectively alleviate the dependence of this product on imports and promote the replacement of imports by synthetic resin products.

In recent years, with the high-end development of the domestic solar photovoltaic industry, the domestic demand for EVA products, especially high-end photovoltaic materials, has increased significantly, and the import dependence has remained at a high level. The product can be used to make elastic packaging film, heat shrinkable film, agricultural film, food packaging film, photovoltaic cell lamination film, high-strength rupture-resistant bags, etc., and has a broad market prospect.
The production process of this product is faced with three major challenges: high vinyl acetate content, high melt index and violent reaction. During the conversion process, the technicians paid close attention to the reaction control parameters, strictly controlled key indicators such as reaction pressure and temperature, increased the injection volume of vinyl acetate stepwise, and slowly increased the injection volume of propylene to adjust the melt index of the product and avoid causing decomposition reactions.
In addition, the reaction control of this product is difficult, and the operation requirements of the extruder are also extremely high. In the process of production conversion, the internal and external operators of the team cooperate closely, combined with the operating experience of similar brands, always pay attention to the current of the extruder and the pressure of the die head, and quickly adjust the temperature of the barrel water, the temperature of the pellet water and the speed of the pelletizer, so as to avoid sticking to the knife and producing sticky materials. Block the pipeline and vibrating screen. External operations need to strengthen the inspection of the vibrating screen and the appearance of the particles to ensure that the pelletizing effect is good.
