Invests 41.7 Million Yuan To Purchase PV Power Plant Projects In Malaysia

The land company is the buyer of three land in Malaysia, including Kuala Muda (which will be the Kuala Muda project) and Machang Land One (which will be the Machang project).


The company acquired the land held by the relevant company through the transaction. The Machang Land 1 and Kuala Muda land have been leased to a number of project companies for development projects involving the development of solar photovoltaic power plants in Malaysia. Machang Land 2 will be reserved for the next phase of the development of large-scale solar photovoltaic power plants, and the tender is expected to be carried out in the third quarter. Through the establishment of the Machang Land 2 Subscription Agreement, the company is preparing to demonstrate that it has prepared for the next phase of the development of solar photovoltaic power plants. The Subscription is considered to be a valuable investment opportunity and an organic platform to seize potential business opportunities to participate in the development and operation of other solar franchise projects in Malaysia and the ASEAN region.
