What Qualifications Solar Energy Installation Enterprises Need

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on Licensing Management of Electric Power Facilities for Loading (Repair and Trial) (Amendment of 2009), issued by the former Electric Power Regulatory Commission (Order No. 28 of the State Electric Power Regulatory Commission), the relevant licenses shall be obtained in accordance with these Measures for undertaking, undertaking and testing activities of electric power facilities within the territory of China. According to this provision, the license is divided into five levels, namely:
The licenses are classified into first, second, third, fourth and fifth levels.
1. Those who have obtained the first-level license may engage in the installation, maintenance or test of all voltage-level power facilities.
2. Those who have obtained the second-level permit may engage in the installation, maintenance or test of power facilities with voltage levels below 220 kilovolts.
3. Those who have obtained a three-level permit may engage in the installation, maintenance or test of power facilities with voltage levels below 110 kilovolts.
4. Those who have obtained a Level 4 permit may engage in the installation, maintenance or test of power facilities with voltage levels below 35 kilovolts.
5. Those who have obtained a Level 5 permit may engage in the installation, maintenance or test of power facilities with voltage levels below 10 kilovolts.
