Solar bracket installation steps

1. Selection of bracket material

In some coastal areas where the daily wind is relatively high, consumers will pay special attention to whether the solar water heater is designed to have strong wind resistance when purchasing a domestic solar water heater. If the quality of the solar water heater is high, most of its solar brackets use aluminum alloy brackets because it is thick and strong.

2. Distance between front and rear columns

During construction positioning, it is necessary to ensure that the front pillar and the rear pillar of the steel pile are on the same straight line, and the straight line formed by the front and rear pillars should be perpendicular to the two straight lines formed by the front and rear pillars, respectively. In addition, the straight line should not be bent, and the bending amount should be within 2mm. The height of the steel pile also has corresponding requirements, and the height of its top end should be at the same level. The distance between the center of the foundation adjacent to the front and rear pillars of the steel pile is about 3 meters, and the distance between the front pillar and the rear pillar is about 2 meters.

3. Determination of the position of the stringer

The center of the welding plate on the upper edge of the front pillar must be at the same level, and the front pillar can be fixed after the corresponding length in the steel pile is reserved. Determine the approximate angle of installation according to the inclination required by the drawing, and at the same time ensure that the center of the welding plate on the upper edge of the rear pillar is consistent in height. After the length in the steel pile is reserved, the rear pillar can also be fixed. After the front and rear pillars are fixed, the step of installing the longitudinal beam on the connecting plate is very important. The center line of the longitudinal beam must coincide with the center line of the front and rear pillars. Next is the installation of the diagonal brace: one end of the diagonal brace is connected to the longitudinal beam, and the other end is connected to the pillar with a hoop. The position of the longitudinal beam must be parallel to each other.

4. Assembly

The installation of solar supports is not difficult. During the installation, the components should be assembled according to the instructions or design drawings. Use a wrench to tighten the screw properly. Remember to place the steps of the brace after installation.

5, the choice of direction

Solar water heaters are generally installed on the roof, sitting north to south, about 5 to 10 degrees west of south, because this direction is conducive to unobstructed sunlight, and can also increase the duration of sunshine.
