In view of the current development trend of photovoltaic project marketization in China, the system dynamics and evolutionary game method are used to study the willingness of all parties to invest in photovoltaic project under the contract energy management mode.Firstly, it introduces the contract energy management model, analyzes its interest subjects and profit mechanism.Secondly, the concept and modeling method of system dynamics are introduced, and the causality diagram of the contract energy management model is constructed.
Thirdly, the system flow diagram was drawn, the corresponding system structure equation was established, and the game mechanism of bank and energy saving service company was analyzed.Finally, the influence of risk premium level and KWH subsidy value on photovoltaic investment intention is studied through calculation examples, and the development trend of photovoltaic energy contract mode is quantitatively analyzed.
With the continuous advancement of energy supply side reform, state grid proposed the "ubiquitous electricity Internet of things".In order to adapt to the development of users and energy demand in the new era of the Internet, this paper designs a multilateral trading platform of household photovoltaic based on block chain.The system is based on the C/C++ development of the public chain, built in the mainstream operating system Ubuntu.Js language is adopted to realize the underlying contract based on javascript v8 engine, and then a set of java-based SDK is built to call the underlying interface of blockchain.
At the bottom of the platform, merkle tree is adopted as the main data storage structure, P2P as the network structure, and PBFT algorithm is used to realize the consensus mechanism. The transaction process is built through multiple encryption and the threshold authority value of the node is set.This paper describes the implementation process and incentive mechanism of the whole scheme.After testing, the platform runs to the desired effect, with good stability and compatibility.
