Brief introduction of solar energy support system

Solar photovoltaic support system is a special support designed for placing, installing and fixing solar panels in solar photovoltaic power generation system.

The bracket system can be divided into concrete bracket, steel bracket and aluminium alloy bracket.

Aluminum alloy brackets are generally used in solar energy applications on roofs of civil buildings. Aluminum alloy is characterized by corrosion resistance, light weight, beautiful and durable. The disadvantage is that its bearing capacity is low and can not be used in solar power projects.

Design Requirements of Bracket System

1. Safety

Structures can withstand all kinds of functions that may occur during normal construction and normal use, and the necessary overall stability can be maintained when and after the accidental events specified in the design occur.

2.Applicability

In normal use, it has good working performance. For example, it does not produce excessive deformation which affects normal use.

3. Durability

Since components have a 20-year warranty period, our brackets need the same warranty period requirements. Under normal maintenance, the structure has sufficient durability, such as material weathering, aging, corrosion not exceeding a certain limit.
